On Race Day: All athletes must check in before 8:30 AM on Saturday to compete. At 8:30 AM we will go over the flow of the competition and rules. The time trial times will be used to create the bracket for competition. The bracket will follow the image to the right where the grey box numbers are rank based in seed times. All time trials and races will be held on four parallel 73 m polyester lines with a 30 m running segment. The intent with the 30 m running segment is that even those who are still getting comfortable high lining or speedwalking will feel like they can partake. There will be a 10-minute cut off to complete the 30 m segment.
This competition is recognized by the ISA and there will be ISA speed competition points awarded to all competitors. 2025 was a grand slam for reference.
There will be a prize for both the men and women’s podium finishers.
If you would like to volunteer to help time, the speed line competitions message Logan he would so appreciate your help!

Rigging Class
Rigging Class will be on May 2 and 3 and will go through a range of skills depending on where the participant is in their rigging journey. This rigging class is free, but in order to receive detailed information for the weekend you must get a ticket still!
The Anchors at the Buckskin Crags will offer the chance to practice 2 and 3 bolt anchors, anchors with significant extension, hang frames, and the curtain rod method. We will be rigging lines to ISA festival rigging standards, so this will be a great course for safety-focused rigging.
This class focuses heavily on learning through repetition. We will rig the 10 lines that are going to be used during CHG the following weekend so you will get very comfortable with rigging on bolts over the course of the weekend. If the crew is stoked up, we can establish a new line as a bonus to see what we think about when putting up new lines.
Of course, we will take time to highline in addition to just rigging:)
